Louis is Central Washington born and raised who has a passion for barbecuing and smoking meats. Starting out backyard BBQing for friends and family, he has grown a following on social media and has been asked to do cookouts for his work and private parties being encouraged to start a catering business. Besides the cooking – he also has been fabricating replacement parts to modify grills and smokers as well.

Louis best describes his BBQ flavor based off of the Texas style with Pacific Northwest flair using mostly the fruitwoods that are produced right here in Washington state —flavorful dry rubs, combined with sweet sauces, kissed with that fruity smoke combines to make you want to take one more bite. His wife, Kelley, was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and grew to love the spicy southwestern style of barbecue. Together they make the perfect mix of flavors just right for your next event.
